no tricks, just treats
Zak and I really got into the spirit of Halloween this year. We completed our first ever jack-o-lanterns (minus the lanterns) and concluded that when you add Mr. Potato Head parts to orange produce, you get "big sweet potatoes."
Here we are walking to our Playschool Halloween party and checking the perimeter for signs of smoke or flame. We absolutely loved our firefighter outfits. Thanks Grandma Lipsey!
Guess which one is me.
On Halloween night, we donned our costumes once again and took a walk down the street with Daddy.
Dude. You mean if we go around to people's houses with a pumpkin bucket, they give us presents? Why aren't we doing this every night? Did we do this last year? And by the way, what are M&Ms?
Later, under the watchful eyes of our pumpkins/sweet potatoes, I discovered that handing out candy is even more fun than getting it.
Just when we thought the evening couldn't get any better, Cousin Sam came over. That's when we established the Shining Armor/Sootfighter Cleaning Service, which was in business for approximately four minutes.
Thanks again to Aunt Katherine for all the Halloween cards and toys. They really made the holiday special for us!
